  There's this subtle notion in all of this affirmation and spirituality new age stuff that all you have to do is simply affirm yourself, talk to yourself in the mirror, and everything is going to work out. Or you’ll write the same thing on a piece of paper over and over again and next week your dream Bugatti is going to land on your front porch, or whatever you dream about having every night.

  Obviously, you know this tactic isn’t going to work. You're forcing, screaming and nagging at the universe to just simply hand over the things of your ultimate desires.

This tactic, is simply an extension of the modern world’s take on spirituality. To put it frankly, it's a massive misunderstanding.

  Jesus, or the Buddha never said to forcefully shove untrue words down your own throat. They never told you that to get your ways you can simply trick reality, all while saying things you don’t even rationally believe to be true.

  The secret, isn’t in the words. It's in the true feeling you are resonating. The true, innermost gut feeling that you are exuding at all times. You may have all the words in the world pieced together in the right way, but if you aren’t feeling them on a deep gut level, a feeling that's so real it convinces your logical mind of their immutable realness, then you're not even budging the needle. In fact, you're pushing it against you.

  That's because the emotion of wanting is a direct resonant affirmation to the universe that you do not have that thing and do not believe you may have it. Wanting is a direct statement to the universe of not having.

  This is what all of these ancient teachings truly preach. Like a moth dies to a flame, you must engulf yourself in the flames of your emotional goals and desires. Only then, will you be opening the doorway to change. This new form of consciousness isn’t about struggling, trying to change matter with matter. It's all about energy work. You need to literally rewrite your emotional-frequential signature in order to shift your reality.

  And this really isn’t a foreign idea. Just think back in your life and observe how you’ve done this numerous times. In fact, you’ll realize that you do this basically every single day, thousands of times, multiple times per minute. A split second can short-circuit our whole emotional state and instantly send us into a different version of reality.

When you learn from the latest findings of quantum physics, that reality and mind are 1:1, you’ll start to experience this shift at a visceral level. You see, all of these ancient teachings have been great throughout the times, but us moderner’s have an issue.

  We are completely entrapped in our analytical mind. Which has been programmed since birth by basically every external source in our lives. Even though your parents most likely meant you the utmost love and affection, and so did your school teachers and leaders, they’ve managed to instill this old, outdated, Newtonian paradigm straight into your skull.

  It’s like a computer program. And guess what. When you're operating from within the program, nothing except that program exists. You cannot see outside of the structure of your own beliefs and perceptions, your very own special paradigm.

  You may or may not have realized this, but you do not see reality for what it is. You see it, for what your brain thinks it is. Which is riddled with old, limiting beliefs of Newtonianism, limitation, fear, and scarcity.

  You have an invisible, tasteless lens of reality in which you are embalmed inside of and cannot see through or away from. So, you’ve read all of this, and you might have already learned all of this before, but what is it actually gonna take for you to change? What’s it actually going to take for you to rewrite your habitual mental and emotional patterns and frequential levels?

  If you want to change on any sort of level, you need to operate alongside your mind, not against it. You need to harness the functioning's of your neurons. By this simple rule:

  What you don’t use, you lose. What fires together, wires together. Your mind doesn’t know the difference between an imagined reality and a ‘real’ reality - because they are both the same thing.

  So, over weeks to months, for those that are committed, you can actually and literally lose your old mind and regain a new. In correspondence, your reality will reconform to such.

  The most potent way to do this is to begin some sort of daily practices. DAILY. Not weekly or monthly or whenever you're having a bad day practices. These practices need to become an integral part of your day.

  Please note, these are very nuanced teachings. These steps are drastically reduced and simplified extractions of overall mental models and understandings of the inner workings of the brain, frequencies, and advanced understandings of the triune nature of reality (conscious, subconscious, superconscious).

  1. Saturation: Like a sponge, your mind soaks in and internalizes everything around it, including thoughts, dreams, perceptions, external events, etc. To effectively use the law of saturation, you need to begin a daily practice of soaking your mind in information in relation to these notions covered in this blog. At the end of this, we will give you a large inclusive list to do such. The goal is to traverse down mental pathways of awakening, inspiration, and awe through information. You can read a book. Or, my favorite method is to just listen to free audiobooks on YouTube at anytime I can. While working out, while driving, while doing anything that doesn't require my intellectual brain. It's great to do this when you're in sort of autopilot mode and are just passing time, which is basically 90% of the day - so no excuses.

  2. Stillness: You need to practice some form of meditation and begin to make yourself familiar with your lower brain wave states. This will be difficult at first, to stay aware, and to find any tangible benefit from it. Just trust me. Make it an everyday practice, and weeks later you will notice profound shifts. To make radical impacts on your chemistry, you ideally want to be able to tap into your lower states of mind. This is where your subconscious mind is most impressible. It is unguarded, raw, completely exposed to new impressions. In these lower brain wave states, your subconscious mind is unprotected by your analytical brain, which normally filters everything out that isn't ‘true’ to your mind and that which aligns with your beliefs and past experiences. So, right now when you tell yourself “I am a billionaire”, nothing happens. You don’t feel anything. But when you are cognizant in these lower states of mind, and you said “I am a billionaire”, you will feel a fountain of emotion and experience erupt from saying that. You will be utterly consumed and engulfed in the ultimate reality which that saying conveys. Note, this will not happen on your first meditation, and probably won’t happen on your tenth meditation. This is advanced. Extremely advanced. DO NOT give up, and pursue this goal. The moment you experience this, is the moment you will forget everything else in your life that isn’t this. It's the moment you’ve created an experience of joy thousands of times more intense than any shallow transient pleasure you may have experienced in your life. This is the moment you steer forward, and never turn back to your old ways of thinking and feeling.

  3. Exposure: We encourage you to perform some act of daily painful exposure. Whether that be a sauna or an ice bath, or intense exercise, this will help bulletproof your mind. Another component to the enlightened mind is one of stillness and tranquility. A mind that is unperturbed and unmovable. Ideally, you want to dial in your stress response to the degree that no matter what happens in your life you retain your balance and are not thrown off. You may be able to execute the first two steps perfectly, but if you can’t execute this one, you are just as lost as you were before. Ice baths are particularly the most useful in achieving this goal.

  It may sound overly simple, but really this is all you need to do. You don't need to go get coaching, by some elaborate course, or devote yourself to unending yogic amounts of study and meditation. All it takes is a couple simple habits daily.
