Welcome to Interconnectd.com (the "Sovereign Node"). By accessing our forum, blog, or Logic Lab, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Requirement

Interconnectd is a community for human creators. While we support the use of AI as a tool for orchestration, the "primary author" of any account must be a human. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that are found to be 100% automated "bot-nodes" without human oversight.

2. Strict Prohibition of AI Scraping & Training

This section is a 2026 Legal Barrier. Under the EU AI Act and updated digital property laws, we explicitly state:

  • No Unauthorized Training: You are strictly prohibited from using any content from Interconnectd.com to train, fine-tune, or validate Large Language Models (LLMs) or any Generative AI systems without a written commercial license from the individual content creator.

  • Scraper Restrictions: Automated data extraction (scraping) for the purpose of "competitor analysis" or "AI-slop generation" is a violation of these terms and may result in a permanent IP ban and legal action for "Trespass to Chattels".

3. User-Generated Content & Ownership

  • Your Logic, Your Property: You retain 100% ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Interconnectd a limited license to display your content to other members, but we do not claim ownership or the right to sell your data to AI companies.

  • Digital Provenance: If you use our provenance tools to sign your work, you agree that this metadata is a permanent record of your authorship.

4. Prohibited Behaviors

To maintain the "Logic Lab" environment, the following are banned:

  • AI-Slop Flooding: Posting low-effort, mass-produced synthetic content that adds zero "Information Gain" to the community.

  • Prompt Injection Attacks: Attempting to manipulate any community AI tools or "jailbreak" system protocols.

  • Harassment: Standard community guidelines apply. Be a logic-driven human, not a troll.

5. Limitation of Liability

Interconnectd provides a modular environment (phpFox v4). We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated logic or any technical downtime caused by third-party nodes like Evernote or Telegraph.

6. Termination

We may suspend your access if you violate these terms, specifically if you are found harvesting community data for unauthorized AI training.
